Early life and marriage
Born in 1990 in Bugiri Town, Busoga Region, Amulen is actually an Itesot, for her father, Mr. John Okuni Wilson is an Itesot from Pallisa and her mother, Mrs. Okuni Wilson is a Muganda from Luwero District. Amulen is married to Vicent Nemeyimana, the Co-founder and CEO of MIKLAH Life and also a professional nurse and public health professional. They have 3 children.
Education
Amulen Winfred is a product of various schools across Uganda. Her primary education involves Kambuga primary schools in Kanungu, secondary education at Iganga Girls Secondary School, certificate in midwifery from Mutolere School of Nursing and Midwifery, Diploma from Kyambogo Puplic Health College, Kampala, and a Bachelor’s degree from Aga Khan University, Kampala. Her education life was characterized by high academic performance and she is a woman with various awards across her education, especially during her tertiary institution life.
Amulen and her husband and their children currently live in Kampala, but have strong ties back to their ancestral homes, both in Kisoro and Pallisa.
